Hello, it’s June 4, 2024. I’m on a (self-imposed) writing assignment this morning, so will eschew Tuesday’s normal history lesson.
In Congress today, the House is considering a measure that would sanction the International Criminal Court for seeking to prosecute Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Also, Attorney General Merrick Garland is scheduled to appear before the House Judiciary Committee in a hearing that could have its contentious moments, given some of the politically charged jurisprudence taking place in various courtrooms around our fine country.
